Commando Archive

Well, I have wanted to be a commando since I found out about the class. Even though my computer won't run the game, I have been playing at friends houses, slowly working my way towards Commando. I wanted to be one even though I knew the LP didn't give HW exp and that was the only decent weapon. Lol time will only tell how many people jump on the bandwagon.

why not jump on the band wagon, every other class is getting nerfed while urs is getting love. hell, even the medics got nerfed, i was having fun soloing with my faction pets, healing them for xp and than moving on, now, I cant solo cause there is no point and I still cant kill anything good. I my self am even considering jumping over to the commando side just cause they are starting to turn out half decent.

I love how commandos are still completely gimped on the live servers and just because everyone sees something on the TC they think we're uber now. I'm all for commandos being flavor of the month, just as long as we go stale after that month!

get over it shin. there will always be new people to every profession for their own reasons. Those that join just because it looks to be a FOTM will end upleaving when they find out it isnt so easy to advance.

yes... as soon as they find out how to become jedi.. mahaha

Figure I better just get it out in the open now, becuase that whole bandwagon bit.

1. I have been playing for about a month.

2. Been working towards Commando (currentlyUnarmed and Rifle Expert, andPistol, Carbine and Ranged Support Specialist, not to mention Exploration IV) and lurking here on the boards for almost as long. I probally know as much about this class as you and I still won't make novice for another month.

Bottom line, just because you think you are special, and now "Everyone wants to be a Commando because they are so cool" doesn't mean that 90% haven't been working on it for awhile. Besides, this stuff isn't out of TC yet, so Commando could be broken for while yet.

Also, working on Squad Leader hoping that gets fixed as well. So, hey, accuse everyone who wants to be a SL a month from now of being a Banwagoner too.
