PvP is one thing. The problem is it isn't PvP its 5 in a BH gank squad vs 1 Jedi.
Yeah, being a Jedi means you get hunted. That's one thing. The gank squads are another.
Since finishing my template, while working on trials I have been attacked3 times and hid from the 4th.
1 - My fault. Wasn't watching the map and they attacked me. What's a few more red dots in a mass of red dots? I was still working on template and was surrounded by mobs. Even though I was way over matched, I had fun.
2 - Was setting some harvestors and forgot to turn on the map. Wasn't too bad a fight...3 v 1. Of course I lost. No way not to. hell, I was still on my swoop when they attacked me. Yep, they got me, but it was ok. And again, I had fun.
3 - After having fun in the Geo cave, 2 blue dots ran past me on the way out. The CM/BH dabbler hit me with poison. The TKM started attacking me. I had a lot of fun with it even though I was low on Force Power when i was attacked and ended up with 900+ BF and 999 mind wounds and 600 health wounds. This was a LOT of fun. Fairly even fight, I learned a lot about Jedi PvP and had FUN.
4 - A friend of mine just set a cantina and I had gone out and collected some stuff to decorate it. While I was decorating, I got a tell saying there was a group on the way from Mos Entha headed my way. I set the cantina to private and watched the blue dots on the radar. Now, my buffs had just run out and didn't have mind buffs. I saw 5 blue dots out there. Now getting attacked by 2 was a blast. 3 was ok and when I get better at Jedi PvP will be ok. 5 people ?!? Get real. This is not PvP, this is ganking. I might as well lay on the ground and let them kill me. Maybe it'll ruin their fun.
Everyone says being a Jedi is PvP. They're right, it is. But let's put the fun abck into the game and stop the gank squads. I'll fight 3, but 4 or moreI think I'll just lay on the ground and let them kill me. Hopefully it'll ruin their fun.

Well, IMO, your mistake is posting on the BH boards. The way the system is set up has put 2 classes completely at odds with each other, and many people forget that this is just a game. When you go over to their boards and tell them how to play BH and how the system is unfair to jedi, etc., you're just asking for trouble. Most people who post on the jedi forums don't appreciate it when BHs come here and say feign death is an exploit, afk in a house is an exploit, etc. Personally, it seems to me you go over there to stir up trouble. If you don't want to get flamed, then maybe try staying off the BH boards. It's not like they're all going to read your posts and say to themselves, "Wow, that guy is so right. What have we been thinking?"
Again, this is just IMHO.

sorry, a stacked pikeman that spends as much on pikes as most jedi spend ontheir saber can beat any knight. Try getting hit by a 1.2k dam pike when unarmored, not to mention the 300+ mindfire and poison. Speed capped swordsman with a real good acklay hammer will beat most knights too. Jedi is not the most powerful profession, just the most noticeable.

Only thing I have to say to this.......I am a jedi and have been playing this game since launch.......I waited until the village to get mine......I am in it for pure enjoyment and probably won't PvP unless forced to do so. So.....nondeserving after grinding 21 professions and not unlocking.......to the griefers I'd say undeserving my **EDIT**

Im combat level 40, and I found an eopie mission with a difficulty of 41. When I went to the lair there were level 4 eopies. I tried to attack the eopie, but it almost killed me. Why does a 41 mission spawn level 4's, and why was I being destroyed by a creature 36 levels lower than me?
