I personally think the Episode III content is cool myself...
And to be quite blunt, I don't see why it shouldn't exist myself. Just because the timeline moves forward 20 years it doesn't mean everything up to that point just poofs. If the republic has millions, and possibly billions of clonetroopers, there's probably a lot of surplus armor and other semi-outdated equipment pieces lying around. It'd likely be easier to get surplus clonewars gear than it would be to buy vietname-era equipment now.
Just because the war is over it doesn't mean that its impact and traces in the galaxy will just vanish. I know a lot of folks might not have asked for episode III content specifically, but I have seen many threads about how it'd be cool to see some relics from the prequels show-up in game.

OK, my fury will know no bounds if they make BLACK AND GREEN CLONE TROOPER ARMOR, BUT CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE IMPERIAL ASSULT ARMOR COLORABLE TO BLACK AND RED AND SUCH!!!
By the way who gets the black and green trooper armor again?
