This is what I think when I think Rocker Launcher.


This is a made up stats workup for a rocket launcher (weaponsmith craftable), as I see fit.



Heavy Rocket Launcher
Condition: 1000/1000


Damage Type: Kinetic
Effect: Chance to Knockdown target
Chance: 75%
Speed: 4.00s
Damage: 1000-1500
Wound: 50.0%


DPS: does it really matter?

Range: 20-64m


SAC: 130



Slicable, craftable, pupable (though only with special heavy weapon Pups).
This, for me, brings me back to the old days of the consumable rocket launchers, and the absolute devastation they brought to the battlefield before the 90% armor.

Hold on! We get a master level RL that is perfectly disguised as every other RL! Our enemies will switch into their assault armor suits and put their trigger finger on the KD recovery button. Little do they know that we will dish out ENERGY damage! The confusion will only mount as they try to figure out why they can't recover from the expected KD!

It is quite honestly not all that. I am a master rifleman and my sliced PUd ALR, or Tranny rifle is better with speed and SAC.



For a commando weapon, that is unholy...plus the graphic is uber. All we seem to be getting is a rehashed weapon (although could have its pluses, as previously noted) and sub-par damage for a master level weapon...

This was in reply to the new looted rifle being "uber" it is cool looking, but our guns are way better GRAPHICALLY than any rifles. My point was that rifleman will probably not use this much, so it doesn't matter that we/they got it. My beserker looks really cool, but it is not my best gun.

So yes our "master level weapon" is hardly master.

sounds like the stats on the weapons got tacked to the wrong ones...

that sac and damage range is yours is it not?

I am sure that the stats were mixed up. That is a commando weapon for stats. Lets bring it to the Cor Forum (I suspect bug)

Just for the SAC alone they wouldn't, but in every aspect save the requirement...it resembles a Heavy Weapon...

Maybe, but with the rocket launcher...the stats are REALLY low for a rifle, which is odd too...
