Ok, so... let's post bios so I can figure this thing out.

Me first.

Name: JoKen Jash

Affliction: Rebel Alliance

Rank: Rear Admiral

Current Assignment: Executive Officer, Alliance Starfighter Command.

Previous Assignment: Acting Commanding Officer, Alliance Starfighter Command.

Notes:

JoKen was bornabout 10 yearsbefore the Clone Wars, around the time of the Battle of Naboo, on the desert planet Tatooine.His parents either died or went missing when he was very young, he's not sure. Being raised by an old friend of his parents, a smuggler whose name is best left out of this bio, he became a crack pilot while he was still quite young. When he was 12, he was shot down by seperatist forces while trying to get through a blockade over the planet Kuati, whom were attempting to stop the Republic's construction efforts. Needless to say, the blockade didn't last, though the seperatists were able to hold it for 4 months. During this time JoKen honed his skills as a marksman. When the blockade was broken, a Jedi and thousands of clone troopers were dispatched to the surface to take back any areas that hadn't already surrendered. Meeting heavy resistence, JoKen assisted some of the troops that were escorting the Jedi. After cracking down on a bunker, the troops suddenly turned and shot the Jedi. Sensing something was extremely wrong, JoKen attacked, and, with the element of surprise on his side, killed or injured all of the remaining squad of clones. Running for his ship, he escaped the planet and attempted to make contact with a friend on Coruscant.

Getting the news that the Jedi supposedly "rebelled" and that Chancellor Palpatine had taken nearly complete control of the senate and began to set up an Empire, he headed back to Tatooine, where he could use more powerful communications equipment to tap into the holonet and find anyone who was still loyal to the old Republic democracy and the Jedi's cause. Several months later, he found a secure message from Mon Mothma and Bail Organa, whom were rallying support secretly on Dantooine. From there, the Rebellion was formed. JoKen,shocked by the past events, decided to holdoff on direct rebellion andspent years simply smuggling supplies past patrols to the Rebels, but not actively helping them. 6 years before the battle of Yavin, he decided to actively enlist and soon became a naval Captain behind a desk at a remote listening post on Naboo's moon, Rori.He spent 3 years here, eventually being reassigned to lead a resistence cell on Ord Mantell.After only 6 months, the cell managed to wipe out the main imperial garrison on the planet. Requesting reassignment, he was assigned to the main Rebel base on Dantooine. Spending a year hear as "Head of Tactical Planning," the base was abandoned and moved to Yavin IV. Here he was assigned to lead a Y-Wing squadron on out of system raids. Decorated for leading many successful operations, JoKen lead a team to attempt to rescue Princess Leia and the Death Star plans.Locating the Tantive IVin thedocking bay ofthe Devastator, the squadron managed to bring down the Star Destroyer's shields. However, before a capture team could arrive, the Imperials released the Corvette and jumped into hyperspace. After a few seconds, the corvette exploded, taking 2 of his remaining pilots with it. He headed home.

However, by the time he got back, he was amazed at the news that Leia and the plans were at the base, andoverjoyedthat the Death Star had been destroyed. His squadron was assigned to provide fighter escort for the transports that were leaving Yavin, as most of the other fighters at the base had been destroyed. Later, he was briefly assigned to a resistence cell on Tatooine, however, the cell was discovered and crushed. Following this incident, he met up with the new commanding officer of the Alliance's starfighter wing,Vice AdmiralGwreng Masnachwer. Shortly after, Gwreng went on leave.. JoKen was promoted to RearAdmiralassumed command of the Wing until the Admiral returned. When he did, JoKen took over the vacant XO position, which he currently holds.

Impressive, most impressive. Now I'm motivated to come up with my own backstory. It would be good if we could all find a way to mention eachother in our backstories. Sortof have our paths cross before we decide to create a Commando Regiment. Maybe we should all post a little about what we want our character's background to be, and then we can help eachother find a way to make our stories cross.

Notes:

Growing up on Tatooine, Lexine learned real quick that the key to surival was learn about weapons and go hunting with her father when he went. So starting at a young age, she quickly mastered how to use any kind of firearm whether it be a pistol, carbine or rifle, though she preferred carbines. While out hunting one day when she was 15, they encountered a Squad of Stormtroopers who were having troubles with some of the locals when a riot started. By the time the riot was quelled, Lexine's father was badly injured, lexine had a couple wounds herself, 8 of the 10 Stormtroopers were killed and a dozen rioters were killed along with 2 innocent bystanders. When theEmpire realized what potential the girl had, they took her into custody and told her parents that she is now no longer any of their concern and should just forget they even knew her.

So after that, the empire trained Lexine along with half a dozen other "trainees" in the fine art of being a commando. In the years after that, lexine had beenon countless combat missions with her "brothers and sisters", and even managed to win a couple awards for bravery. While she was stationed on the planet Lok, she came into notice of one particular interesting person by the name of Joken Jash. One day, she noticed him working on a martial arts that she had never seen before and was curious about it, so while she was stationed there, Joken taught her the arts of Teras Kasi.

A couple years after learning the art and becoming pretty decent at it, The empire sent her and a team she had never worked nor trained with on a mission that ended up being a failure. 3 of the team members died, 1 went missing and Lexine lost her memory. So the empire, having deleted her records,taken all her equipmentand given her 1000 credits for a good job as a covert ops specialist, put her on a ship headed back to tatooine..... (*where I start off with my character at the moment*)

How about this.One of the last Madolorians, (Mando name) sought to bring back his species. So he abducted the soldiers in both the rebel and imperial militaries thatdid the best in basic training,and trained them in the ways of the mandolorians. These soldiers quickly learned the mando way and became one of the most formidable fighting forces in the galaxy. Thenin a surprise raid of their camp from a rival guilda decade ago, (Mando name,above) was killed. Now a new leader stepped forward(guild leader), and took control of the clan. To discourage any further attacks, the moved to the barren planet of Lok. Where they seek to continue their training...

Name: Dante Hartman

Status: Traitor/Enemy of the Empire/Wanted Dead

Last Assignment: Field Commander/Instructor Gamma Squad. Gather intel on Separatist forces on Kashyyyk. Destroy targets of opportunity.

Notes:

Failure of Gamma Squad experiment. Gamma was an experimental Clone Commando unit commanded by a non-clone Overseer. Clones under Sergeant Hartman’s command began to display behavior similar to that of their teacher. When the Emperor gave Executive Order 66, the clone troopers refused to comply. For this they were arrested and executed for traitorous acts against the Empire. Sgt. Hartman has thus far eluded capture.

Training:

Master of Commando weapons and tactics, with extensive training in long and medium ranged combat.

Exceptional skills as a heavy fighter/bomber pilot, and command ship operator.

Extremely effective combat instructor.

Sgt. Hartman eludes us at every step. I fear he may now have joined the Rebellion. If this information is true, we will likely see an upsurge of Rebel Commando activity. No doubt beginning in the outer rim, where our influence is thin. I should have hunted him down myself years ago…

Name: Imake Stuffgoboom

Affliction: Soon to be the Rebellion

Backstory: Imake's Father was a commando in the clone wars. He loved blowing stuff up, so he legaly changed his name to Ilovetomake Stuffgoboom. When order 66 came down, the commandos refused to comply, and were executed. So he and Sgt. Hartman avoided capture. They parted ways after that and soon he had a son, Imake Stuffgoboom. He trained his son all he could. But, after a month, he saw a squad of darkstroopers approching his village, so he sent Imake to live a normal life on Tatooine. He gave him 75000 credits and told him to go. Imake did not leave right away. He watched in horror as the stormtroopers executed his father. He swore that day that he wold help bring down the empire at all costs. He would have engaged the stormtroopers, but he was only 17, and din't know very much about marksmanship or melee combat. On Tatooine, he quickly joined the rebel army and navy, and they saw potential in him, so tey enrolled him in commando training. A month later, an imperial assualt destroyed his training center, further delaying his training. Soon after he heard of an unstoppable force of mandolorians, so he goes to Lok to find outsome information, and hopefully further his training...
