Asa carbeener I recomend you go for Crippling shot and a good suit of armor. You will find that in PvP in general this will help you enormously and will take care of your troubles with commandos. My one encounter with some one in 60% composite and wiht crippling shot resulted in me face down in the dirt... twice back to back. The flame dot did eventualy get her low on life but she found a doctor quickly who took care of the wounds.

What i love is that i can spend 9450 faction points and a commando can reduce it to slag in a matter of seconds, i had a commando bh kill my atst so fast it made my head spin, a combat rated 125 faction pet, i guess that doesnt apply to fighting commandos. Maybe its made of Tin. Andyes the damage on ft is bugged, it ignores resists and armor after the initial hit, i have no problemfighting commandos in pvp by myself, im more worried about the not being able to use faction pets for fear of them dying. I am a master pistoleer/doctor on radiant and while i havent had a commando kill me by himself, i cant kick his ass fast enough for him to not kill my atst, i spam stop shot with my uber elite fwg5 1.4spd who cares about dmg and because he has doc buffs it takes me 2 minutes to kill him, in which timehe already had my atst dead and i have suffered massive damage, i dont know about that FT not being accurate deal, all i do in pvp is run, and i still get hit by it, and it still does a cute amount of damage.
