While I appreciate your zeal, I think you need to be realistic about them responding. There are too many people pm'ing to respond to all of them, so they probably just ignore most of them unless its comes from a correspondent or a teachers pet.

welp, PM'd JustG and Pex and another red named dev whose name i forgot asking for feedback.
As usual, ignored.

I like the idea, posted a similar idea in another thread so won't go into details again other than to /agree with the Master Marksman continuation.
Only thing I don't agree with is the TN bonus, this should be left with Scout unless we add Scout Exploration skills as a pre-req. If you want to be a master of weapons and the wilderness then you have enough points to Master Commando and Master Scout. Just wish I could be a Master Commando with some Ranger skills or a Master Ranger with some Commando skills

seth we would have status effect defenses. just like pistoleer has crappy ranged defense but high status defense. Both of us are the 'close range' ranged proffession, and as such the biggest danger to the pistoleer and commando is getting hit by a blind, a stun, a posture down, a knockdown, a dizzy, etc.
as far as no ranged defenses..you dont need them. our specials are frontloaded damage. our ham cost is negligible over-time...and that means we can afford to use heavy armor without its associated crippling secondary ham effects (because we dont spam specials).

I'd say that myslf as well, but then, why do CM's get terrain negotiation? Come to think of it, we're the only elite-hybrid that doesn't get some form of TN.

+30 terrain neg at master box only will only let the commando move up a hill half as fast as a BH or a scout. Commando is the only pure combat class that requires only combat skills as pre-req, as such it should not move up a hill as fast as a scout class, but it shouldnt wallow in the muck like a class that does not have multi-proffession requirements (aka non-hybrids).

a positive non-rant thread... which has been PM'd to a few devs requesting feedback.
none received.
and they wonder why we rant.

Unfortunately most of the changes wont make it out any time soon. We will see what happens after the combat balance. At least that is all they are telling us right now.
