first: if I wasn't commando I wouldn't be posting on this thread.

second: I didn't die

third: consider me a dabbler if you will, but yes, the only good thing about commando is the flame

if you really want to know my template pm me, but people can figure things out for themselves. it's not hard. just pay attention to what other classes can do.

i dont care what anyone says , i know it would be absolutely impossible to do at our current defence mod's...

im a master TK/master commando andsure youcan flamesingle2em but unless you have pets to take the beating its just not going to happen, although i am a wookie, so with full buff and 90% comp paired with master TK's toughness and mitigation you could possibly survive a few good blows .. i can just see all the imp's saying yea i solo'd hundred's of them......... just pull out the AT'ST... oh wait they cant do that anymore

lol, don't get all whiny about dabbling. do you have novice medic? then you're a dabbler. and your template is all wrong. there is nothing wrong with dabbling, that's how this game is meant to be, an open system. krayts REALLY don't hit that hard anyways, avg hit is about 500 dmg. let's do the math with the 80% armor that I have:

500 dmg

light armor = 250 dmg

80% off 250 = 50 dmg

now they hit me for about 80-90 (not sure why) each time, and with buffs that regens quick. yes feign death comes into play and so does warcry.

once in a while they hit for 2500 but that gets shrugged off with armor. I don't know why every single commando over looks the fact that they geta ten sec delay at NOVICE BRAWLER. and let's NOT forget intimidate, whichreduces their dmg output also.good god. you can get up, warcry, burn, switch back to melee so you don't get the big multiplier, then feign. all you have to do is know your opponent, know how he works and then work off that. you assume I exploit because I do something you can't or only dream of doing.

ill believe it when i see it, fer one thing i rarely get hit forunder 900 and have been hit may times over 2k , youre 500 just dont add up, i mean i have been hit higher numbers from a fambaa than you got posted for an average krayt hit!?!

Just thought I would comment on the method of having Krayts fight each other while you pound on one. Reason why they fight each other is because they have an Area attack. Kind of like Matrigue Screechers on Endor, when I send in my petthe Matriguesdo their special, area disease, anditsticks toeverything within range including its companions.

Basicly this is how it works, if a creature has an area attack, you can trick it into attacking another mobwhich gives youthe use of a pet without controlling it.Thecreature your fightingwill turn and startattacking thecreature that hit it with the area attack/special. I dont believe this is a bug, area attacks are meant to hit everything in an area. BTW,you haven't seen anything untl you see a whole lair of Krayts fighting each other, lol. Imagine having about 10 Krayts out and they are all attacking each other, all I did was fire my flamer on all of them (this of course was 3 months ago before they were 300k hamm).

What I would really like to see is a CH in a group of 2-3 people that are teras kasi. The CHshouldmake theirBull Rancor or Matrigue use the area special on a mob that the teras kasi areattackingto see if the special hitsall the teraskasis as well as the mob. My bet is it will, which means this is not bug and is working as intended. If it doesn't, then this is a bug and should be fixed.

I know this has been in the game since launch, which means its not a priority to fix.

anyone even a master marksman can solo any type of krayt. It will go alot faster if u stack the 4 burns a commando does. All u need is one item. Thats all im gonna say, Im surprised someone hasnt said it yet.

BTW , you take no damage in this method either. Just stand there and shoot away.

/rant

FOR GODS SAKE take the XP cap off. Krayts and hard stuff should give like 20-50k xp per kill.

oh, and I said average anyways. if you are holding a rifle (FLAMETHROWER) you get a dmg modifier for holding it (either 1.5 or 2.5, can't remember)
