I only said it was a bug because there was a dev discussion awhile back (wish I could remember which post) that said NPC's of the same type attacking each other was a bug...They only meant for Factiontypes to attack each other (i.e. rebels or imperials coming to your aid in battle). They apparently didn't mean for a NPC to attack it's own type.

They gave the example of Rancors I believe...but that was a long time back and they never fixed it to my knowledge...Supposedly to fix it would take a major rework of the combat AI according to that post, so maybe they gave up on it or shelved the fix for a bit...

After the krayts got the HAM increase me and a friend (master CH) tried to take down one of the greater canyon krayts. Needless to say i died several times and had to run back. If doing this is considered an exploit now then I dont see how anyone can take down a krayt anymore. Unless people grouped with someone else is exempt from this assumption.

I think back in my tka/commando days... full armored, with buffs... lots of them... Probably a good possibility.... but I dunno...

my say soloing krayts is true it works all the time i did it as a master riflemen and a master pistoler and now as a master carbiner tho i have never tryed it with commando im sure it can be done

and yes you can actuly kill both if you wach wich ones loosing just pond the one whos wining to even out the fight try to make sure there life stays about even and you get both loots

i know this is cheap but when you have a jedi that needs like 100 pearls evrey 2 days you have to do crap like this or you will be ded brok from buying them

I agree with the ealier poster this seems like a crafty nerf post to me stop this solo talk immediatly before all the holo whiners come on here and ruin your board like my TK board.

Yes anyone can solo krayts with two of them aggro'd against each other, although i dont die often from getting them to aggro each other. If u use poison it makes them aggro each other a lot quicker, although i rarely have someone with poison, so i resort to riding around on my speeder until they aggro. Its not bad though u flame single2 one of them until the life is low then flame cone2, and they die. I killed 7 in one morning using this tactic, and made 20mill in two days selling the loot after killing them using this tactic.

Hmmm....this looks like a clever nerf post to me.

I doubt I could solo one although might be able to duo one. I'd send in my BE'd pets (MCH + flame 4 comando) run in to land a burn and hope I dont pull agro while my CM buddie keeps my pets alive. note I havent actualy tried doing this but its the only method I could think of. there are very few things that I cant solo (my definition is no other PC's my pets are just another weapon in my arsenal) however the few things that I cant are due to the fact that they will likely kill my pets befor I can kill them. I'm prety sure without outside healing krayt's fall into that second catagory.
