I guess we don't get to see the combat upgrade documents after all... that is, unless we make it into beta. looks like we'll need some more hints from Garvin.

The announcement is way over due is lacks any substance. Sorry, but given the expectation that have built, they did a very poor job in introducing this. I guess I am the only really bitter person, since most posts everywhere seem positive. But I had seen all of this information before (a years worth).
Yes the closed and open and alpha betas are nice, but I do not believe a word from them about the no deadline so they can do it right. They have deadlines for everything, and always will.

As far as I have heard they won't be able to...TH recently said that the skill points spent is what will be able to be re-allocated...so if a Noob hasn't spent all their skill points they won't be able to re-allocate all 250 skill points...but if they have, well, techically they aren't such a noob...you can only re-allocated the skill points you've ALREADY spent...
