Well, I think there is supposed to be a way to transfer, but only your character and credits trasnfer I think. May have to do some research on the Galaxies homepage. Since you've only been playing 3 weeks though, starting over wouldn't be so bad. Trust me, I've done it tons of times. Also, it's a lot easier when you have a guild helping you out.
