Not quite...there are no Commando specials, but our "innate specials" really...do not come close to that of elite specials. It seems, the main point of commando now is to "stack our specials" where we would become stronger because we'd technically be using 2 specials...hence using combos...whenever using other ranged elite specials.
The really stupid part? Our stuff has to be weak for that to balance out...and we're talking about a damage dealer, who has half of his pre-reqs in melee, not ranged.
