That would be pretty cool.
I also want a bayonet and a machete, just because.

Oh a clicky! nice
I'm thinking for SWG, survival knife with an attitude...
takes 20 units of dath hide, High OQ, SR and Malibilty for hilt. 100 units of steel High OQ Sr and low Mallibilty.
Stats min100 max150 damage
ap1
have a heath bleed of200 (with 9k uses so they are in a sence consumable)
intimidate +25
for balance purposes
dodge -10
melee defense -10
accuracy -20 on all ranges

Long ago I did a write up about the Ka-Bar.
It's was a strange poem type story I did on some other message board (long Gone). But lemme tell you guys what the Ka-Bar means to a Marine...
During my younger days, I did certain training involving bladed weapons. Never thought anything about it except that it was "Cool". Every time we checked our Bayonet out, I felt like a movie actor or something. We trained and I visialized all kinds of movie scenes, scenarios, and situations where this cool training would come into play. The the real day came.
We were issued our M-16, bayonet, and Ka-Bar. On the long Flight to a real combat situation, you think about a lot of things. Especially me. I looked at that blade for hours. Stared at it. It was a commercial airline, so wearing our utilities was weird enough, and most of our gear was carry on. That includes some of us who were issued Ka-Bars...(I can't help but wonder what would have happened if someone tried to hijack THAT plane...hehehe)
It wasn't "cool" anymore. It wasn't a movie. It was REAL! I wondered what that Ka-Bar, MY Ka-Bar would see. Would I have to actually use it for what it was intended for? Would someone try to use it on me? I wondered if someday I would look at any Ka-Bar and see someones face. If maybe my Ka-Bar would be a trophy for someone. Many real thoughts and feelings.
Even though I saw action, my Ka-Bar never did. That weapon means more then just a knife...it means the last avenue of battle before the highway in the sky!
Not so sure Commandos in SWG should get a Ka-Bar, it's not really "Star Warsy". I'd prefer other things personally, but at this point...I'll take a pitchfork if it helps us!!!

mmm, reading some of this solidifies my comeback to commando once the CU arrives. I loved commando, even before the initial fix, it was fun( if dying to durnies is your idea of fun).

I dunno Tac...when the ammo runs out, it's nice to be able deal with things Mono e Mono (unless you get in trouble for it...lol).
I've always looked at Unarmed as a bargaining chip...plus I kinda fell in love with it. Naturally.
