Thread: *sigh* still an I win button in the game...
The real "win" button in PvP is, once again, Jedi. If you've come up against a fully-templated Jedi (one who's not set up as a support character), you know what I mean.
Personally, if they implemented a Jedi-less server and allowed me to move everything I can carry or put in the bank, I'd transfer my character in an instant despite all of the friends I have on Shadowfire. I play the game for the GCW, and I'm sick of getting ganked by characters whom I don't even stand a fighting chance against (i.e. Jedi). The CU managed to even out the normal professions enough that just about everyone stands a fair chance, now, as long there isn't a Jedi in the mix.
Im master commando, master smugg with some pistol
Ive won a few and lost a few , one because I forgot last ditch.
People are still learning how to play there templates but I think overall everyone is balanced instead of jedi.
my 2 creds.

Ok what is a high damage special class I can get into?
rifleman or bh, i think carbineer has one as well.
i personally like the 'critical shot' from the MBH box.
i used 'snipershot' from rifleman...that is nasty, but ya have to be PRONE to use it.
i'll try carbs next.
There are *LOTS* of big-advantage moves in the Upnerf, however.
If that guy was a MBH, adv. critical does a bunch of damage, and Torso Shot does too, and on a separate timer. It's easy to do sick damage with MBH, apparently even if you're not Level 80 . . .

If you are refering to stasis as being an I-win button since it is in the jedi tree (and force cloak is just an escape route), then paralysis in CM does the same bit to be honest. You are right though, MBH has NO I-win buttons... just some really good mods that benefit just about anyone.
Speaking of Force Cloak, I had a Dark Jedi attack me while cloaked today and the cloak didn't break. I couldn't target him to hit back. He had me down well below half health before I finally managed to target him by clicking on the "Combat" tab, reading his name, then typing in "/target Greenlotus".
Oh, and CM Paralyze needs a cooldown timer- a very long one. That's another "I win" button. Paralyze and Jedi are the two "win" buttons that I know in-game.

Check the TC patch notes... looks like they fixed paralyze, but mate... report that jedi for exploiting and report that bug. It was not intended to be used that way.

Woot! Paralyze is fixed? That means that there's only one "I win" button left! Whoohoo!
(Now if only fewer people had it...lol)
