Both DPS and SAC are very important with weapons, and the DPS does have impact on your modified DPS (obviously)

What irks me the most, it seems all our Heavy Weapons are less damaging than other CL 54 looted weapons. The Proton Carbine comes to mind (similiar stats but also .8 faster). And the worst? Our looted weapons appears to be the advanced weapons we wanted added such as the High Cap Scatterpistols, or are apparently very difficult in obtaining.

They prob will, but judging the way the devs have screwed us over in the past, they'll drop from the vette lvl192 sbd's that can shoot thru walls and require 7 master image designers and a commando to group for the mission.

They talk about balance but create a profession 1.5 times more powerful than the rest and nerf all those who have a chance to counter it... waaay to goSOE
