I disagree... somewhat. They are by far the best way to get combat exp when your other exp bars are maxxed. I have been at 900,000 HWexperience for weeks now and still need combat exp for my TKA. Rather than starting off on a mob by shooting it, I toss a C22. On most level 35 mission mobs I get and extra 600 - 2000 combat exp per kill. However, I recommend you do not use them for lairs. It is just too expensive and 1 lair kill with only grenades will get you 2-4k combat exp using about 20 grenades. On a 10k mission that just is not good economics. On the other hand, toss a nade on 3 of the lairs mobs as you kill it and you get 4-6k combat exp... much better payback.
On Ahazi, I crafted up a bunch of Rocket Launchers and Proton Grenades. The grenades I put up for 100k per crate, and the stats were similar to yours. I sold a couple right off the bat, but now I have about 10+ crates just sitting on the vendors. So I might be dropping the price to 75k.
I was also selling single stacks at 5k, broke down 1 crate for that. Those sold out pretty fast.
The nice thing is that you won't have to kill yourself looking for uber diatium copper or anything in this kind of business, since most of the rich wepaonsmiths wont waste their time on RL's and grenades, you can create a nice little niche market for yourself.

Wow - I make good money charging a mere 23k a crate for Glops.
The biggest different in a glop from a C12 is a Chemical Dispersion Mechanism which is easy to make. That and a few more resources in the final piece-together.
Do you actually sell them at 100k each?
