I expect those new weapons to be released with JtL to coerce the people that dont want to fly to buy the expansion. It would be silly of SOE to not go after every last subscriber with this expansion.

I remember those images and it was referred to as an Underslung Carbine as you indicated. If it ever were a Commando Weapon I would be drooling. But if it were to be a Carbineer weapon I wouldn't begrudge you. You guys have been slammed by high HAM costs from the beginning... but while you're commiting "Carbicide" there's no harm in looking stylish, and a minigun screams nothing but style.
