The mandalorian armor is total showpiece armor and will NEVER be around in common cirrculation. For one thing, the person that crafts it gets ejected out of the bunker once crafting is done, meaning that you need to either make multiple trips or bring one crafter per piece. For another thing, the number of people need to get into this place makes it unlikely that any one person will be able to claim a piece, let a lone a whole suit as theirs, rather it will probably be community property of a guild or town. Thirdly, the resources needed to make each piece are rare drops. In fact we didn't find any during our trip to craft the armor.
For anyone that cares, both the mando and bh armor have resists similar to padded armor, if you want to go for the same effect with less hassle. I will probably try to finish my bh armor set for show, but I don't think its worth the effort to try and get my own mando set.

Don't pistoleers use the launcher pistol? they dont get pistol xp but their specials work on it, so they too can do blast damage, correct? Therefore, Developers hate pistoleers too. Actually, if you review posts from all the professions, the developers hate us all, right? And everyone hates the game, right? And that's why we all sit here typing in the forums, and that's why so many people keep playing and start playing SWG. Yeah, sure, it's horrible.....if it's that bad, what are you doing here? Go somewhere else, ya twits! Life so boring that you have to log onto SWG forums to complain about a computer game and do nothing but put it down? HA! What a pathetic existence if this is all you can come up with as an activity. I love this game. I can't wait for the CB, for the new wookiee armors, for the expansion! The jedi revamp, too. So sorry you can't find enjoyment in this immense and complex AI universe. Ba-Bye.

Lol the super battle droids have 25% resist in elec dam. If it aint a Bounty Hunter Goodie I dont know what is!!!

totally....... also only four professions will probably not be so invulnerable to commandos blast (unless they strap on some really heavy padded) so there will be many other combat professions you CAN attack very effectively
i personally think this will be a lot more helpful...... certain professions will be better and destroying other certain professions.... some will be more useful in certain situations...... this will add to the need to have a more diverse group with pvping or group pveing
