This may just be me, but for some reason, It's easier for me to hit fencers who are running COB than a rifleman.

Since that guild -RA- went around ruining player events by having LP duels and calling exploding bikes over and over to grief people I have kept the LP away when in cities.
However, I would love to get the Valcyn Commandos together for a hunt or some PvP type stuff. I tried to get something rolling earlier put RL, guild stuff and the people who keep buying my alt's armour have kept me pretty busy.

As my first story above mentions...we're really no better against non-comp users unless if we're lucky or not the person they're targeting. Doing well against non-armoured opponents is another matter...
And for Masters not missing, you my friend mustave been very lucky or eating snowcake like crazy
Most decent flame throwers should be nearly able to one-shot any buffed player not wearing comp. Hell, I one-shot a buffed Jedi Knight while PvPing the other day, and all-but one-shot a couple different players in duels who were wearing ubese. My FS2 hits in PvP anywhere from 2k-3k or more, usually in the 2500 range. And it's only 909 max. Haven't PvPd with my 1300 max FT yet.

Cant quote properly as using Mozilla atm...but
The Flamethrower I use normally (I do have a 1.1k max one) is 500-950ish dmg, 3.4 speed. Even with good FT's you're not garuanteed one-shotters, and if we WERE able to get frequent one-shots against non-comp wearing buffed peeps, we'd be having mobs coming after us back when we WERE able to.
In the real PvP I did (second story), I fought against an unarmoured buffed bothan and only hit once...taking out half of his HP Ham, and then (what I believe) equalivent of his Action/Mind combined....remember, some of our dmg IS spread out amongst all 3 HAMs sometimes. I would have gotten him, but after that hit all I did was either miss him or get dodged...
In the RP-no composite/ubese battle...basically the same thing, I get a hit off luckily...take a big chunk of their HAM...and usually keep on missing. Just because its not composite, doesn't mean we're good against it (as I found out)...Now if we had AP 1 or 2 on our FT, there could be quite a chance against any armoured Foes...
Now for your one-shotting abilities...you hit dead on, lucky shots I would say (or using snowcake). In terms of commando damage, it seems lady luck always leaves me in the dust...
