Definately composite. My helm has 60% resists. It's heavy as hell, but who cares? When I can stay standing after 8-9 eyeshotsI have more than enough time to light that sucker up...

I bought a full set of composite tonight....only one piece was at 40% resists, the rest were over 50%...and ontop of that, only one piece had no resists what so ever to stun, every other piece had something like 15% special protection to it......my only problem is it wouldn't let me wear the full set regardless of the fact that i had enough secondary stats to accomidate wearing the full set.

I am wondering what armor other commandos use. I have a full set of reb faction armor but never use it. So, I am thinking about selling it. Is armor good for a commando? Thanks

None =/

Rebel armor would most likely be the best though.

If you don't have a full set of composite it's of marginal value. As a Zab, I'm limited to 400 constitution so of my 50+% comp set I can wear the helm, chest, leggings and boots. This is after sliced by a master smuggler. The result is my const is 1 after all the pieces are applied. :/ Then, somehow, mobs see to hit you in the arms and so none of that dmg is absorbed and you've got the problem of having all your secondary stats in the pooper. The exception is in PvP where they always target pools, such as eyeshot, which is nicely defended by a helm.

In an incomplete set, vs mobs, expect to take more dmg than you would otherwise.

What missions will net 250k credits per hour on endor?

Ancient weapons and hokey religions are no match for a rocket launcher in your backpack.

Soloing krayts isn'tpossible without amazing pets. And then you can do it with a pistol (although the flame bleed helps a lot )

The money missions on Endor are pumbas and panshee's but you need a tank. They will 1 shot you dead, they BAF, and quickly db (before you hit the ground).

Just like everything else....if you want to solo, you'd better have a tank, esp as a commando.

Soloing krayts, pick up smuggler and feign death. That works pretty well. Good luck keeping that dragon to yourself when you find it though.

250K an hour? I don't think it can be done, simple math on the down time getting missions will defeat that purpose, although I've done 250K in a night quite easily.

Armor I use is 52% base resists (See Whale's armor shop near Kadara). There was some 60% base resist stuff there also but not enough for a set the last time I was there, also a shield generator. Everything is sliced (by myself). Only way to get it all on is Doc buffs and Muon Gold even with some pretty good encumbrance slices in there but I pretty much only wear it when I'm going out where pvp is a possibility. Hunting Endor, Lok or Dathomir I'm usually running around in my Blue and Yellow.

And as somebody said it best, being able to stand there through 6 or 7 eyeshots is very nice. Still no match really for a master BH in 1-1 pvp, but then again we shouldn't be, so quit whining cause you can't beat the bad BH and do like a good commando should. AMBUSH the bastich!

I use black Ubese armor because it looks cool...barring that, my Stormtrooper armor because it also looks good.

I don't really care about the resists and whatnot.
