I'm a commando and I make my own grenades, I'd like to know how you can get C22's to do 1400 dmg.

Q-lex, depends how far you are up the experimentation tree (weaponcrafting techniques), and master WS's also get an extra 3 points to play with, which makes more difference than I'd like to admit


Materials are also a factor, a goodWS will have spent literally hours surveying and sampling all over the galaxy for the best possible resources

Can someone tell me what grenades do in the game besides blow up. Do any change posture or slow a mob or have any effects at all?

Grenades should have some kinda effect like smoke grenade caussing dizzy stun. maybe bleed effect on one well theres a ton of diffrent options to make them more attractive.


Acid rifle should get a work over also its way to mutch like a flametrower without the dot. So why use?


make it have abilities the flametrower doesnt. say it shout longer range maybe got an effect or other special moves that arent identical to Flamethrower. Or maybe remove it all together and replace it with a antivechicle Cannon So thoose AT ST get whats coming for them

Here is why you use grenades:


first, they give you pure combat XP


Second, they do massive damage(if you hit) AND they have an area of effect (AOE) C22's are 4 meters, i believe.

no, none of them have any added effects...they're just pure damage.

I am planning to go MTKA/MDoc. I really enjoy both of these professions, and they seem to work fairly well together. I'll be a decent fighter, and will be able to buff myslef. The one problem I keep hearing about TKA is ranged wepons players, and mobs kiting us. With my two professions, I won't have any points left for ranged weapons.


I was wondering if the grenades that you can buy that don't require any certification, would be worth trying on mobs, at least. i guess players could still find a way to kite you. I was just wondeing if these grenades do enough damage, and if you can throw them fast enough to be of any use at all in slowing down kiters.


Anyone ever try thees? Thanks.

As a master commando I can lob the average grenade every 5-6 seconds......and that's with all my speed mods, so I don't see how useful they can be to anyone.....
