Can an experienced commando please outline the grenades and their effects and effectiveness to me? thanks.

Check out the Commando (final) thread for the short list of just the initial problems with this class. THey run deep and critical.

I think Commandos should craft their own grenades and/or mines. Why because scout craft their own traps, medics craft their own med packs and wound packs. Entertainers get to make their own instruments.

I think if you are going to have a very limited amout of grenades in a stack then, following the examples above, Commandos should be able to craft their own grenades and other "one shot" explosives.

It just makes sense that a person trained in demolition should be able to put together their own bombs. How hard can it be? The Unibomber did it and he was crazy.

Before they add that ( which is a great idea) They need to fix grenades im a elite soldier and i miss with a nade when they are not moveing and im near them i should take damge to myself alittle but i miss what!!? im a elite unit how can i miss like that they arent even running! oh and when it hits 200dmg!! whooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.I love the thought put into this profession andhow buged this profession is, i just dont understand, i just dont how can they make the professon this buged its just beyond my mind it really is A PISTOLER DOES MORE DAMGE THEN ME, HAS A BETTER PISTOL AND IM A FREAKING ELITE SOLDIER AND I DO LESS WHAT! OHH and theres no speical moves in this class besides singleshots roflamo. Sony i cannot belive they screwed this profession this much all commandos really do deserve something a.sap for all of there suffering, fix this so called "l33t" profession i hardly even play i freaking slave to make novice awhile ago and im rewarded with the most FUBAR class in the game it could have been cool if you guys put some thought into it.

Commandos dont make them, weaponsmiths do the book is wrong and they are removing Commandos making their own nades.

You still can. You've engough points to get weaponsmithng up to make Thermal Detonators while having Master commando.

I am a master weaponsmith on the Gorath server and am trying to delve into explosives. I thought the best place to ask a few questions would be the users themselves.

Whatexplosives are your favourites?

What situations do you use them in?

How much is a fair price for a crate of 25 stacks of C22 grenades (316-1414/3.2ish)?

How much is a fair price for any kind of top level explosive?

I assume you prefer to buy them in crates yes?

I only ask the fair price to get an idea of whether I should pursue it - I don't want to rip commandos off, but nor do I want to cut my own throat - I know it's a limited use item so I can't really justify charging much. But if it's a reasonable price to buy at and sellat would be an agreeable arrangement.

figureing u can get c22 for 500c a stack (5 granades) i would say 12.5k but i also understand that granades tie up factories for a long time sooo u can tack onh a few k for that

i wouldnt mind paying 15-17k for a crate of good c22

my favorite explosive would probably be the proton granade, that is if the resources actually spawned to make em =D
