The quality of this weapon prevents it from being altered by a smuggler or attaching power-ups.


Guess I'll be the first to say..... why? Bassicly every gun in the game for a rifleman/pistoleer/carbineer/swordsman/tka/fencer/pike can be moded by a smuggler and by attaching power-ups yet when they give commando a master level rocketlauncher they have to give us pointless rules on it.

This weapon is a joke. First off its energy damage with max of 799 LAUGH!. Second you cannot slice it or put a PU on it. Third the other rocket launcher is kinetic. Commando needs high level KINETIC weapons. PSG's decrease energy weapons damage alot. I would love to be commando again but the profession is junk. They need to give some commando love out. The new special attacks are a complete joke. Sigh....

90% of the weapons that are gained from lag-o-far are marked such (in other words - no lag-o-far weapons will be sliceable or powerupable.)

Then what exactly is the point of new weapons?


Out of every RPG in the world, MMO or not, this is the ONLY one where 95% of the weapons look the same, do the same dmg, and can't be modified in useful ways.


They should just remove every single weapon except for a single pistol/carbine/rifle, just one lightsaber, and leave all HWs alone. Game would not change a bit.

Remember guys there still are a few days left before ToOW comes out and during that time the stats might change.

And like alot of you said the stats are very funky which could mean they have not finished it yet which could mean it will get Actual Rocket Launcher stats by the time of release.

The good thing you got to think of is that there actualy is a CL 54 Rocket Launcher in ToOW.

The stats Might (and damn well better) change between now and when it comes out.


Also there has only been one confermed weapon from Mustafar that is Player Craftable and it comes from a Herodric Cube of sorts (you must put in specific loot items, activate it and out comes a schematic). This is also where (un-confermed) the Old Republic Flamethrower comes from.

Nope it wouldn't, because we already have the Void which is cl40 and w/ charge shot you got the same weapon. So it's crap. Please make a real CL54 rocket launcher, w/ damage and range that are master lvl.

I am curious, with this reasoning, what makes it different than a master lvl rile w/ charge shot?

As for the weapon in the OP, I will have to compare it to what is being made right now, but that low SAC and speed look pretty nice, and the minimum damage ( + elemental) seems at least adequate for high level combat. Still on the fence about it, kinetic would be nice, but its an alternative to high SAC, slow speed HWs we have now. (Disclaimer, I am going off what I recall about HW stats).
