I dont know if anyone has mentioned this or not. but i think they should give us a robe with some defense and not let us wear armor. martial art warrior dont cover themselves with heavy armor from head to toe, as it will decrease their speed and balance.

omg i've been waiting to get my ideas noticed for EVER lol
i'd really like the robe idea...no armor for tk's just robes like jedi
also i'd really wish tk had a r9anged attack were they can throw there vk's liek a boomerang so it'd comne back however in doing this it wouldn't do as much damage as a default attack
theses idea's i think would really be cool to see in-game

hmmmm...wonder what would happen if we implemented some matrix like things in TKA...not sure if thats incredibly stupid or wonderously good...hmm

For one thing after the combat revamp along with armor removal (armor certification actually) everybody's damage will be decreased.
Stopping shot can do 1200 in PvE but you seem to forget that in PvP all damage dealt is a fraction of the PvE damage.
Also jedi are not tkms with stronger force affinity. They are the true force and lightsaber users, and therefore can and should beat most proffesions at knight level or higher.
About bounty hunters. Bounty hunters are not jedi hunters. They hunt for a price a mark. This can be from a "spice fiend" to a smuggler, politician, teras kasi or jedi. If a bounty hunter want to solo a jedi knight I think he should think about it twice, since Boba Fett the best bounty hunter known in the galaxy (who would prolly have around 300 sp since he's so unique) got tied with Obi when he was a Knight.
Tkms and Mbhs should solo padawan though.
PS: About the rebel comment. Most graves are 2 meters deep

You know what. i am sick of hearing people cry about take armor away, etc. People seem to forget that without armor you are taking full blows from people. A TKM needs high mind stats to do attacks that cause any good damage so therefore have lower health and action scores. Ranged attacks will kick our ass if we are running around basically maked taking full damage when hit. Can anyone say pistoleer shoots you for 1200 with stopping shot therefore stopping you in 1 shot? Without armor we are dead before we get close enough to even fight ranged opponents, let along jedi will own us.
Side note: I don't think jedi should rule the game. Bounty hunters cannot kill jedi solo althought they should be, but TKM should be able to go toe to toe with jedi also. After all a jedi is a TKM with added force powers basically. I don't recall Bobba Fett having to get a group of his buddies to go hunt down anyone.

i would like to see the TKA theme park though all other proffs would want one to.... i would like to see it were TKA's CANNOT were armor, but mabey get special clothes that only TKA's can wear that provide somesort of a binifit (could mabey play this into the theme park for tka?) we need different types of damage.... but make it were the weapons change only your kind of damage not how much damage u do. also need to make the meditate tree a bit more interesting... add a few things that make it worth while to master it first rather than last(mabey put in enahnce side stats to, or make your tka speed and damage go up slighty for a short period of time?) also need to make your level of meditate refelct how much your boost does rather than how much your mind pool is.
thats my opinion... thanks!

I have one problem with the robes.
Jedi have the robes, fine with me. The jedi block 60+% of ranged attacks. Fine with me. We cant however, so those bounty hunters with their llc's will do their full damage to us, provided they hit. But with aim, its hard to miss.
If we get robes, give us a 60+% block/dodge/counterattack rate. Because if we don't we'll get slaughtered.
Yes they will look cool

OK!, i think its agreed, these guys need to get into the specific enhancing clothes or armor like clothes ubese like, that give us almost no encumberance, but does give us MODs and special protection and such that will be exclusive to the TK class. Also, the single Vibro Knuckler can get old and boring at times, and although i think thats one reason we are TKA's, we do need something with minimal change, like change the Vibro knuckler do be a speed specific weapon that will do damage but not as much as say, maybe another kind of knuckler that would be damage specific.
But seriously, TKA's dont tank for everything and tank good, and kill good for nothing, throw us a bone or two eh?

ok i have a few ideas:
1)more damage types(as mention atleast 1000 times before but it pisses me off a novice marksman can do better on a NS elder than a TKM)
2)maybe some hidden TKA training center where there are arenas in which u can fight eachother and quests u can do etc....
3)way better state defense , people who learn martial artshave excellent balanceand here we r getting knocked down and staying down for 30+ seconds
4)also (this goes for all profs ot just TKA) but ad an "elite elite" that doesnt do so much takes forever to level up but doesnt take skillpoints like millions of unarmed xp for a lvl that has not much impact yet still some so u dont just stop after grinding out master in 2 days.(prolly not a great idea but an idea)
what do u think?

Any hints on how it'll effect rifleman?
I roleplay a ranger, so I prefare to hunt alone. I don't do buffs, and don't wear armour unless I really have to. I hunt alone and all natural.
Any idea if I'll still be able to do this?

my guess (and it IS just a guess) is that all the powerful professions will be toned down (nerfed) considerably. Rifleman, Swordsman, Pikeman and most likely even Teras Kasi are all going to be worked over BIG TIME.
I am guessing that Rifles:
will no longer fire specials at speed cap
mind will not longer be the be-all end-all of damage types (damage packs will be introduced that will heal all three pools)
will be given much heavier HAM costs for specials
will actually suffer in close range combat the way devs intended ranged professions to in the frist place
all of this is pure conjecture based on playing a Master Rifleman right now. i get the feeling that ALL professions are going to have to adjust their game play 100% after the rebalance. nothing we are used to being able to do now will work the same afterwards
