They need to fix this proffession really bad,i think the food to protect people from the flame is stupid,come on i mean i know commandos do alot of damage but we dont have alot of specials no knockdown ect we have one good skill they are ruining the game.i dont mind the blanket to put out the flame dont mind going in water to put it out ether i dont even mind that out Dot got reduced but man food that does a 90% reduction of damage from 5 flames thats not including if the person has armour so good luck hiting this person with a flame or doing much damage.Does anybody see a food that takes 90% of the damage for any other proffession no.whats this games problem is that the devs listen to all the whinners on the game nerf nerf nerf and its ruining the game.they nerf the proffession without fixing anything no wonder people are quiting this game.

There really hasn't been much of a change, so I'm waiting until the Combat Balance is done, before I give a new "State of the Profession". Although the HAR mods have been fixed in publish 7, as well as new titles, and new graphics for the shots of the HAR. It's not much, but it's the first step on a journey, and I plan to be there until this journey ends. *Heck I plan to be there for all of our Journeys... there is a lot to do for Commandos and SWG in all *

anyways..yes i do agree with you wraith...the devs are relying WAY too much on corrspds. and yet ignoring them at the same time...we havent had out top 5 answered..for...MONTHS...coming soon heh...coming soon my HAR....just bloody post the answers by a CSR, dev, TH, vader! whoever...but lol they're prolly old questions that have been fixed by now!

and on a similar note...the throwing of the bone to keep us from rioting...that the devs play as commando..TH's and Justg's favorite proffession are commandos...either they're playing favorites to the other extreme (leaving favorite for last) or just outright are lying..cuz if you have the power to change the game..you're sure not as hell gonna play 8 months with something that needs an overhaul - and you can do something about it...unless if lazy!

Maybe, rather than asking why they havent made any positive changes to the commando profession, we should ask what we have to do to get someone to make those changes. The only thing i can think of is that the commando is low on the DEV priority list. but this raises other questions:

1. would new representation even help?

2. Why is such a key figure on the battlefield such a low priority?

3. Why is it acceptable to change the game for the benifit of other professions at the cost of screwing one over?

4. Why is the retention rate among gameplayers so low, especially among commandos? (this is pretty obvious.)

5. Why are we the ones asking these stupid questions and complaining about obvious flaws in the game?

Somewhere, there is someone who gets paid to fix this kind of stuff, and theyre on vacation. The time for asking for feedback is past. I realise the game needs to be entertaining for all professions, and the pubs are slowly but surely developing that. But dont forget about the commandos who worked hard to get where they are, and dont want to see it fade.

Commandos have a loyalty to their profession, ive noticed. as the going gets tough, we sit downand wait for the explosions to be over, then jump up and flame the hell out of whatever was shooting at us. I would ask fellow commandos to stay loyal, speak out, and one day we will get the profession we deserve.
