Thread: Question: Are there any AoE weapons that aren't Commando Specific?
Go Commando 0004. You will get good HW mods like speed and accuracy, and you will get the Acid Stream Launcher at 0003, which has a range of 65 meters, a HUGE conical AoE that can sweep out a GIANT area, a chance to blind, and NO DoT that would break your mez.
Acid Stream Launcher FTW.
Believe it. It is the best weapon in the game to apply mezzes, states, and KD's. You could even theoretically KD an entire army at once with your BH KD.

The Mez he's going to have will only be a daze, IMO that's what's not worth keeping. ( "we" have already dropped our concussion shots weeks agobecause what good is a root if you dont have the dmg to take the target down. )
I wouldn't waste your last respec to grind out a single line in commando.
That can be done FAST in a xp group.

lol compared to concussion shot, the cool down feels like 20 minutes, but it's more like 120 seconds
Just don'texpect to land a second stopping shot on a target, if you miss or it doesn't stick, hope for the best...

I'm gonna have to ask the Pistoleers how they feel about this shot. I thought it was a dependable shot.
Stopping Shot lands as well as any special, but if you miss.... you have to wait out the HORRIDLY long timer that it has. I heard that it was anywhere between 45 seconds and 2 minutes.
