Is anyone else not recieving XP from their fire DoTs? I'm not and I would like to know if it's part of the so-called "balancing" patch?

I noticed that also. I killed two Pickets from the same spawn with nearly identical HAMs. The first one I was able to kill in 3 hits, I recieved about 2800 xp. The second one took a little longer, I missed a few times, so my "tick" was able to burn a few more times. I only recieved about 2300 xp from the second picket.

Forgive me if this is just the dumbest thing to ask, but I would like an honest answer.
I'm not a holo grinder.. I've actually mastered and surrendered MID, but I think I'm going to master it again, for the fun of it. I do not, however, want to spend a lot of time getting to MID, I want to get it over with. Is there a way to grind out ID right now or do the new times really kill the ability to be super efficient?
Thanks for any help and information.

Once the XP for stat migration is raised with publish 9 you're looking at a 39 hour, 11 minute, 40 second grind under perfect conditions. In other words, no. There is no "efficient" way to remaster ID.

Ok, if that's the "fast" way to do it.. oh my. I guess I'll re-evaluate my options.. hehe
ID must have been a game breakingand flooded profession for them to apply those timers (a little sarcasm)! grr!

Quite the opposite. It was hardly game breaking, but it was completly broken. Hardly flooded, as everyone who took the 30 minutes required to Master the profession simply dropped it again. We have always had at our center a small core. The Hologrinders broke it, but they couldn't do it so thoroughly as they did without the uber-buffs that some other professions were given the ability to make. Ultimatly the fault is the Dev's.

Is there a place that is good to grind out xp for pilot, instead of just running missions over and over again?
