George Carlin "Think for a moment about flamethrowers. The fact that we have them at all. What it indicates to me is that at some point, some person said to himself, "Look at all those people across the road. What i wouldn't give to set them on fire. But i'm much to far away. If only there was some device that would shoot flames on them"

lol...i personally use more than one dot on my target if its a big mob i switch to my lp just to place the healthshot1 dot on target the switch back to my ft fire normal shots until it spots me....then once its in range i hit my flame dots and spam with single 2 if its something that has a high resist to heat i switch back to my lp and use body shot 2...but i still love my 3.0 441-800 somthing ft non krayt uber speed slice spent only 35k

A dot is damage over time, you slap a flamesingle on a critter and you get the initial damage (assuming you hit, and there's no counterattack etc) and every so often the dot kicks in and does even more damage.

We use to have uber Dots cuz some planets did not have water. THen they came out with blankets and food. Now our dots are a joke and I beleive Ive seen better Dots from a BH.

Pretty much. We used to have some of the best DOTs in the game. Pretty amazing actually and it was the only thing going for us. Now it has been turned down and it is still the only thing going for us. Funny isnt it?

Heh, nothing like KD2ing a sh*t talking imp, landing DoTs on him and letting the three incaps take him to the cloner.

If you want to bring faction into it, then the same could be said for a rebel doing the same thing. Although that is griefing and something you could be reported for.

Unless I am in a big war then I try to Db them if not just move to the next
