Thread: Holo posts the next nerf to the At-St
Using AT-STs to kill durnis seems like a waste of Imperial resources. We're thinking of limiting the use of faction perk gear to actual faction fighting.
The way it is right now gets you crazy stuff like people using AT-STs to hunt kimogilas instead of rebels. It undermines the SW aspect of it all. It drives the PvEers crazy because it's a huge boost up in PvE, so then they want something competitive, when that's really not what it's for...
Can anyone think of any good reasons why you should be able to use faction perk hirelings/pets against targets that are not PvP enemies?

And your soldiers not helping their commanding officer when he attacked by wildlife is realistic?
Actually you still will be able to use it against NPC faction targets, just not those horrible chuba lairs.

It would be kind of retarded if we spend almost 10k on a faction perk we can't use in a faction war.
does that mean, they are release at-at for imperial use in the battle vs the rebel hordes??
maybe like 40k ham... does 3000-3500 damages??
cost 20k fp???
I can have 3 ![]()
100% immune to all damage type except 80% vs blast and ar rating extremely heavy=5?
anyone who run imperial mission with at-st is missing out on fps, since the damage your at-st do doesn't not count toward the fp you receive, actually taken them away. I run diff 11 mission where I can get 80 fp per base and 1 shot all the npc guarding it, take me only 3 minute to run 2 base.
on the subject rebel not have any hq base maybe it's because they don't want to work towards one.
Screw that. If AT-ST's cannot be used for PVE purposes such as tanking a large creature so we can kill it, how do you justify someone using a graul to tank for them in PVP or on factional missions? Im sorry, you can try to justify pets in the star wars universe all you want, but the fact of the matter is not once did you ever see or hear of an imperial or rebel using a giant creature to fight for them in battle. If you are going to nerf the AT-ST's use in PVE do the same to CH's in PVP and factional PVE.
This one sided, short visioned nerf junk is what angers me.

Does that mean CH Pets will not be able to attack imperial npc targets unless declared (overt)? Only seems fair. And no I dont own an AT-ST or any faction pet.
I don't like CHs any more than the next guy, but they do pay skill ponts for their pets, rather than getting them as a FP freebie. It would seem extremely unfair to prohibit CH pets from attacking factional targets.
