Thread: How can I find/craft an Uber FlameThrower

Just wondering...have a friend/guildee that is going weaponsmith and I have been funding him through it (gone through nearly 3 mil credits on him already). He has promised me all the weapons I can ever desire, how can I get a PVP worthy Flamethrower out of him? I know krayt tissue helps but what else is needed to get the high damage and speed? I am posting this in the weaponsmith forums too.

Form Fitted Stocks from the Imperial Theme Park. Don't try to find high damage tissues, just a good - speed on them.

Well, talk nicely with other weaponsmiths and make sure your friend has the best resources needed to craft them. Form-fitting stocks are a must too. A good chunk of it is luck on the slice as well. We are fortunate enough to benefit from both speed and damage slices.

Once you have a good/gread flame thrower go kill krayts until you loot some nice tissues. Now have those made into a flame thrower with a form-fitting stock and the best resources. And hope for a good slice

What exactly is a form fitting stock and where would one find them?

form fitted stocks come from the imperial themepark. They are from one of the first npcs in it I believe.

My old flamer (not made by me) was 2.1 . Anywho I had a couple 3.0 preslice ones , The guy wanted me to make a T21 but it was 34 or so max and -0.7 .

Speed is the number 1 concern for flamers, good tissues, and an imp stock are what's needed. If you guys happen to have some exceptional looted blaster rifle barrels those could be handy as well.


My best flamer was 2.2/980, speed sliced .

You're sad about the speed slice?? That is the best that can happen with a Krayted Flamer ))) the faster the better
