Would you guys recomend Master Commando for this purpose?

Its the perfect annoy-the-heck-outta people template.
You get to fire dot/blind people with thermal grenades/flamer and glop grenades....
you get to KD 40m in cone ahead of you using the regular flamer+carbineer KD attack...
you get to root people 40m in cone in front of you with stopping shot/concussion shot...
you get to panic shot (prevents from attacking for short period of time)+disarm shot (same as panic shot, stackable with panic shot) with the flamer and everyone 40m in cone in front of you will be completely unable to attack for about 8 seconds (and you fire dot them at the same time)
you get to lower enemy defenses and their damage output, again 40m in front of you with flamer, by using pistoleer warning shot (-80 ranged/melee defenses) and intimidate
you can heal yourself GOOD to stay alive longer in battle (and thus increase the time you torture the poor SOBs) with medic 0040
you get to do all this FAST thanks to master marksman speed mod
and last but not least....
you get LAST DITCH so that last shot you take before you get cut down will be MEMORABLE to the guy in the receiving end.
I'd stay away from smuggler if I'd take master commando, smuggler has a bunch of action control moves which break on damage and dots. Remember, commando weapons have limited range, so it's best you pick up some movement control abilities (I suggest carbineer). I'd also strongly suggest you take buffing abilities, because commando weapons are the slowest in game. Here's something I came up on the spot:
Master commando / Doc 0004 / Pistoleer 0400 / Carbineer 0300
I chose the pistoleer/carb combo to stack some badly needed accuracy.

I guess I've never owned a regular flammer. All the flamethrowers I've owned, could use them untill I mastered commando. Makes sense having the flamethrower cert with Incindiary 3 though.
Just annother example of how life is a never ending learning process.
