yes non combat class.

why is it that all you Combat medics think that because your title starts with "combat" that this somehow endows you to be good in combat. A combat medic is good at healing IN COMBAT, nuff said. Thats why they have area heals, so they can heal squads of people IN COMBAT and otherwise be useful IN COMBAT.....not so they can be a PvP Combat class in their own right.

COmbat medic requires less combat XP out of ANY hybrid or elite combat profession in th egame, bar none. Swordsman, TKM, Fencer, Pikemen, Riflemen, Pistoleer, Carbineer, BH, Commando all require huge amounts of COMBAT experience to master.

COmbat Medics can master CM with just the basic 35k or so (my #'s are abit off i havnt looked at the ranged support tree in a while) combat XP required for ranged support. Yet CM's act as if they are supposed to have some gift for combat or something.......exactly where does that come from

certainly not from skill or hard work

Everyone remember the Correspodant's advice: Ignore the trolls.

Once these 12 year olds figure out we are ignoring them, they will go away. Hopefully to play nintendo or something, lol.

not to put a downer on you're theory about combat xp but I've found it incredible easy to get as a CM, it was harder to get the medical xp i needed to complete the class.

i still have it yet to be explained why CM's think they deserve such high class combat potential, when they require a trifle of the XP to master said "combat class" compared to all other combat classes.

We are the only class that must craft their own disposable weapon to use. We also have 68 offensive medicine schematics vs 8 defensive medicine schematics....What do you want exactly? You want them to remove the profession? I'm more afraid of a Doctor with a knife than I am of a kid with a gun.

cm a non-combat class. oh k. never seen any movies where the combat medic is like the most important guy in the squad. he's the guy that patches u up enuff so u can get back to battle or send u off to the doc to put u back together. he's also the guy that drives a truck with a big red cross on it. hello can u say lets hit the bullseye? they also have to carry a rifle and join in combat when not patching their squad up. i will give u another example. on the tv show M.A.S.H. how many times did u see hawkeye go out of his way to jump in the middle of a firefight. like a trained cm does on a daily basis because its his job. also if i remember correctly the average lifespan of a reallife cm is about 4 secs in a major conflict. an normal grunt is 10. explain that on to me. how the guy on the front line taking the bullets last longer than a cm. its because cm have to get into the real crap to get to their patients. also uber loots help cmreplace get some things they can't find on their servors. the cm has one of the tuffest job on the battlefiled. mad props to anyone who has done it or going to do it. u are a more hardcore combat personal than most frontline soldiers.

Yeah, I'd be lucky to make anything near that good. I hate the crafting part of CM.

Oh, and I've been maxed on Combat XP long before I even mastered CM. 170k worth I think.

why is it when someone has a problem with a certain profession they run to that profession's board and yell at it's participants? i mean i do not understand. as if we have the power to say "your right" and change whatever needs to be changed.
you could be a CM too if you'd like.

What a dumb argument.... CM is not a combat class, lets just forget the "Combat" part in the professions title.....

Come to grips with it. It IS a combat class, and the damage for whatever you may think it is, is fine by the devs.

Non combat class eh?

Lets see, I don't know about the others, but I had to gain 30550 combat xp in the marksman's Ranged Support tree before I could even become a novice combat medic. And considering I was starting the game at the time, it took me a bloody long time to get that.Think we get that XP by tossing stimpackA's and medpacks at guburs? No sir, we have to pick up a weapon, or use our fists, and get right into the fight.

So please don't tell us we're non-combat. We had to kill and spill some blood to get where we are. Unlike a Doctor or a Tailor or some other non-combat class.

It takes about 5 hours to get master combat medic, after you get the Ranged support done. It only takes about2 hours to get 30k combat xp if you have another master class.

CM is one of the easiest classes to master. Do not compare your self to BH or Commando, as ive done both. The only class that i can think of that can be done faster is Image Designer. Maybe we should give them 500 damage a tic hairspray because it takes some of their precious skill points.
