My appologies of this has already been posted, but here's the deal:
/Revive (the doctor command) gives the target 30 seconds of grogginess and revives them with 1k health.
/Resusitate (the CM rez) gives the target 60 seconds of groggieness and revives them with 250-300 health.
Hope this is useful. This is posted in the CM forums as well for their eyes.

Wow not much of a benefit for a doctor, I would have expected there to be a much greater difference.

I was only able to check on the effects on the patient, things that I would like to test further include:
mind cost differences (if any)
warm up times (seem similar, but there may be a slight difference)
cool-down lengths

Ahhh, nice job.
Any chance you could post this on the thread
Doctor in the CU: Comparision between the new heals, and further testings
So that it can be stickied. I will make a collection of these factoids for the Doc FAQ.

Saxmahoney,
The Mind Costs were the same on both the Resus and Revive
The time it took to complete also seemed to be equal
I forgot to check the cooldown times....oops

Don't know. My doc had to revive my jedi the other night after a triple incap. I had the revive command in my toolbar and had no problems with it. Both my doc and my jedi are both combatants.

Did you get the warm-up bar appear when you tried to revive?
If you didn't then yeah there is a problem (I take it you were on leave also?)
If you did its possible it got broken by something - a lot of the "warm-up" specials are easily broken, I had to try 3 times torevive my altthe other night before it worked - even moving seems to break the warm-up sometimes.

i was reviving a group member today on dant.
when the warmup bar was around 80% finished i got aggroed. i firstthought i had to restart after fighting the attacking voritor, but amazingly the revive worked. not only that, the warmup timerstopped at 80% and corpse was revived instantly. so the attack even shortened the revive time.
