Thread: making 1000 effect poisons

can anyone tell me what u have to have in recources and experiemntations? i know some ppl made a 1000 effect (it was like 500 then w/ there own MCM skills) can some one tell me how to do it

The only real way to get 1000 effect poisons is to use spider venom. If you are using decent spider venom, it shouldn't be hard to get 500 effectiveness. I believe that around 200 strength spider venom should be strong enough, although I haven't doneenough testing with spider venom to say that with any confidence.

with some 150 spider venom i hit 440ish.

a buddy hooked me up with some 356 power spider venom.. = area mind poison that ticks for 1060, area mind disease that ticks for 847

I wish they didn't nerf the venom, that looks like some pre-nerf stuff to me. If i could get my hands on some of that

I don't think 350 venom is pre-nerfed, but I'm not sure.


I like the fact that they nerfed the venom. I have no desire to spend all day camping the spiders in the geo cave, nor spend a ton of money buying venom. Furthermore, I think 1000 tick diseases and 1500 tick poisons have a *few* balance problems...


Super strong loot drops sound good in theory, butthey carry some nasty implications...

I just made some 1032 per tick poison and some 802 per tick disease.


Im also an MRM with some pre-nerf rifles...


Now THAT'S wrath...


Can't wait for the combat revamp so PvP is actually fun again

I find itironic how in the same post, you both comment about wanting PvP combat to be "fun again", and also cite how you use some of the thing (MRM rifles, +1000 tick poisons) which are commonly cited as "ruining PvP combat". There is nothing wrong with that, and since everybody else does it people almost need to as well to be competitive, but did I find it funny...
