gotten the message today a couple of times, but never had to wait more than 4 seconds. Poisons and ranged healing.

Docs think that havla might be involved...might wanna include that info.

My human Doc/CMhad this problem fighting Tusken Warriors or some such on Tattooine--part of some mission I came across while doing POIs. I was solo and Iprobably did eat Havla. I tossed a poison and after that I could not heal, cure states, throw more poisons--anything medical related. 50 minutes, four shuttle rides and one complete relog later, I still get the "You must wait..." message. I have left the game for the night to see if I am fixed in the AM

I teamed up with two human rifle/doc template freinds on tatooine in front of the bestine cantina grouped with me tonight. One of them buffed with havla, and later experienced the bug when trying to heal an entertainer. They then tried other targets tried wound healing, tried buffing,was stillunable to heal and logged because of this. My other freind never used havla, buffed as usual and was fine.
The bugged toon was not able to receive entertainer buffs. Weird eh?

i'm a 4440 doc, 0003 cm (ranged healing) and i am one of the people who posted in the doc thread on the healing bug.
i was with an MCM last night and we both experienced the bug. teh MCM could throw mind heals but that was it. I could rez, but that was it. we could buff. and yes, we had both used Havla at some point in the evening.
other toons that could heal lost the ability to after eating havla.
this is a gamebreaker if it doesn't get fixed and fixed soon. i am now just a rifleman with a ton of wasted skill points until this gets fixed.

Edit: It does appear to be havla related. I was able to heal regularly without using havla. After using havla and buffing, the only healing I was able to due was buffing.
If someone can test havla with stims being the first thing they use post havla, and see if stimming is all they can do afterwards, that would be great.

Happened twice to me . I am human MD/MCM I just buffed a friend the first time and Havala and Bivoli was involved, tried to throw poisons at NPC's on lok. got one off the "you must wait to do that.." went on for an hour, i logged off for the night. Happened again just today, I just buffed myself using havala and bivoli, went overt and got in a scuffle with another player, same BS threw one poison then "you must wait..." I died 
I hope they fix this cause I dont stand a chance if i cant heal myself or throw poisons.

It appears to involve the use of Havla and you will keep getting the Wait message. However it doesnt affect wound healing or buffing, just heals and curing and poison/disease. When havla drops it still stays

This issue happened to me both yesterday and today. I couldn't heal with normal or ranged stims or apply DOTs and I didn't use Havla at all. Today I experienced it again but with Havla buffing. Itdidn't occur till after i ate Havla.Using the toolbar or direct from the inventory didn't make a difference. Looks like im limited to buffing, wound healing, and mind healing. Also I'm noticing a 4 sec adddition to the normal timer between wound heals/buffs.

No, they're going to leave the bug as is because it's fun to make folks angry.
Of course they're going to fix it. It's not like it's a switch that can be turned on and off. These things take time...

This... is a pretty big deal...
I know that there arent many CMs around anymore, and people dont like them being there...
but seriously... if i can only throw one heal a day as a cm
but i'm only a healing Doc/cm so as of right now..
i can do nothing at all.
So what the **edit** am i supposed to do? I cant heal poison, heal fire, or any of the dots that the enemy will drop on me.. i cant throw ranged heals... all i can do is heal mind and buff.
This better be fixed soon.
