I can verify the bug...

I was on the corvette at the time, i was buffed, i am human, was using a drx-6b rifle, i was grouped, i was able to heal mind but my ability to apply poison and use stims was stopped due to the system message" you must wait to do that..." I was using havla at the time of the bug. :<

yesterday i used havla and then about 20 min later got stuck in the mos eisley swooper lagg etc . after 40 min finaly got a csr to move my toon, i was bugged with the healing bug.The csr response from chat was" we are working on it". I logged for the night. Today i was all better. I didnt use havla, and played all day without a problem.

Yep it's havla related. I'm a Twilek MD/MCM, had it happen to me twice. Both times on Dantooine. Both times everything was fine, farming an imp base and doing a little pvp. Both times I was using all my poisons and heals and such, then had to rebuff someone, so I popped havla, did a speed buff and then I couldn't do anything. Got the wait message for everything, but I could still buff and heal wounds. No rez, or fire heals or any state heals at all. The first time I was able to get out of combat, sent in like 10 bug tickets, did multiple relogs, finally just got offline and got back on an hour or so later and it worked again. Then it hit me the second time on tues. Same situation, did a speed buff to get into some pvp, didn't last long when I stood there being told to wait, and I can't run that fast . Never got better that nite, so I logged early, was fine on wed.

One more thing, this is a pub 10 thing, this happened to me when we had our pathetically short stint as tc2 ( what was up with that BTW, a 24 hr teaser?) Anyway, when it hit me there, I logged out and got on our live server, checked everything, it all worked, then went back to tc2 and was fine.

So lay off the havla until they fix this, it seems to go away after an hour or so, but during that time, as a cm/doc, we're pretty much worthless

I noticed you've been picking up some havla from my vendor, presumably to test this issue. If you think it might be useful, I can do up arun ofnon-enhanced ones to see if the bug still occurs with <100 bonus. I'm wondering whether the devs put in a change to fix it's bonus (since it has never worked with a bonus less than 100) and the 100% time reduction is causing the weirdness.

And if you can catch me online, drop me a tell; I can hook you up with testing supplies for free.

I've brought this up with the chef forum, so they are also aware of the issue. Although that may cause some Rebel sympathizers to offer some "free samples" to Imp CMs/Docs/Medics.
