Personaly I wouldnt bother harvesting it but thats just me. The next spawns bound to be better. Maybe something like this

Only reason I mention it is because I read somewhere (and correct me if I'm wrong please), that even advanced components made with crappy material are better than regular components amde with good material.


Is this true?


and BTW I just started crafting tonight, and good lord it doesn't seem like 10 experimant points are enough lol

Yup. You should definatly mine some if you don't have any.



A CM can make due with 10 points. With the infection amplifer it won't matterand on a resilence compound the effect is minor (go all in potency first). The place where you start to see a differance is the dispersial mechanism. Personally I go for the range then the area of effect, but it's personal preferance. The end result is where the two points come in handy. When your trying to make poisons that have high potency and high range is where you'll love those two extra points. If your just going for short range, high damage PvE poisons then two points won't help much.

Whats an average I should be looking at as far as effectiveness goes? What's a normal eff and whats average?


Just want to figure out where I am in terms of crafting.

Also as far as potency goes, is anything over 100 decent or should I be looking at more.

The average effectivness is different for each server. On wanderhome the highest effectivness on a single poison is 346 and 248 on an area when made without venom or bile. The average potency is around 115 - 120 before experimentation.

If you don't like the stuff spawned you can always check my vendor just placed some of my overstock on there.


And khaydin, that skeemarg, although nice, just isn't worth it compared to Eeribooene. Ive used both and didn't see as big of a difference as Id like. Just another CMs opinion

Those items on your vendor are nice. Unfortunatley, I don't have enough money to buy in bulk like that, I was looking for around 10K lots. Have to start slow or I'll be broke.
