Is it possible to create a macro that would target a group member by number and then allow me to use a stimpack c on that member?

I know how to create a /healdamage macro but i want to be able to create one that automatically selects the member of the group I am trying to heal.

Thanks in advance,

I have not tried this yet, but the macro command for targeting is supposedly like this:

/ui action targetGroup0;

where the # is based on the order on the group list that they appear, 0 will select yourself.

wow, it took 30 minutes to log onto the stupid forums to answer this... but here goes.

i learned this when i became a master medic and wish that i had learned it way sooner. Heres the only 2 healing macros you'll need for the field

To heal yourself: /healdamage self; - this will take any available stim and heal you.
To Heal others: /healdamage; - this will heal whoever you have selected.

that way, you dont have to select yourself to heal :-)

Anyone know a way to heal others without targeting them? Like /healdamage self works.. but for other people.

I don't know about the group member by number, but I always make a macro for healing pets in the group.

/healdamage zippy

It works really well, especially for hard to target pets like giant peko pekos.

I'd be interested in a set of hotkey macros to auto target and healdamage as well. As it is right now... I use "Control+#" to target the appropriate person in the group and just hit a /healdamage hotkey afterwards. I have a seperate hotkey for "/healdamage self" for when I'm getting beat on.

Which stimpack is used with the command healdamage, one at random in inventory, the best, the first in the list ? Thank you

/healdamage grabs as stim from toplevel inventory (it doesn't look in any of your packs or poucehs, for example.) The selection criteria has been extremely difficult to nail down. Best I can tell so far, it just seem to be random.

Not the command itself, no. But you can drag an item from a pack and drop it onto a toolbar slot. The slot will use it wherever it came from.
