Yeah right, gonna burn 100 Force Power to chase down a single running mob. Lack of TN really hurts at low levels where the force pool and regen are laughable. It's not running away from BH's that's the major irritation, it's the fact that any new character can take novice scout, harvest 3 or 4 kaadu and all of a sudden laughs at hills, whereas a Jedi character can't take that skill and ends up crawling like a crippled snail up even the slightest incline. It's not an obstacle to escaping another player, what it IS is a major irritation. Enough irritations and your enthusiasm for the game dies the death of a thousand cuts. This could've been hotfixed or shoehorned into any patch, the way Combat Medics got their TN.

Scrye and you others who say we donnot need Terrian nego. Force run costs Force power something that is the most vital part of a jedi, if we used Force run everytime we needed to chase down a Rancor that decides to run up a 90% hill then we wouldnt have Force power to run from people hunting us because we must run or we die(goes back to no defense and 90% kinetic armor versus our kinetic sabers).....it is simple if you havent experienced grinding a Jedi shuttup and go to your own proffesion board............

Lack of terran neg was what surprised me the most when i first saw the jedi skill box. Jedi in the movies were allways so agile.

yes they were, I specifically remember Obiwan jumping 20 feet in the air in the Darth Maul fight, and Jedi in this game crawl up hills???

6 weeks between major publishes and since publish 8 just came out... I would say we have 2 months and a few days left before the big anticipated Pub 10.

Once you have Force Run 2 you will always and I mean always keep it active. Until then Ride a mount to deal with runners or use saber throw on runners.

I dont post here much but I read most of the posts here everyday. There has been tons of posts on things wrong with the Jedi profession and I dont want to add to the pile,but.... I think besides the crystal/pear-damage type of Lightsaber issue (wich is #1 in almost every Jedis mind) the issue of no terrain negotiation is what bugs me the most. Ive seen multiple posts about how we get hunted/owned, low damage, low force regen, no defense blah blah blah on and on. Does the fact that a Jedi cant run up a hill bother anyone? or am I missing something?
We complained about this the first 2 months that the profession was playable, but everyone flamed us for it. Then we realized how many more significant problems the profession has and we complained about those (and surprise surprise, people flamed us for that too).
Apparently the truth hurts enough for people to 1 star me. **edit**in idiots.

Why is it my terrain negotation is +95 at Master? Shouldn't it be 100 like everything else?
