Acklay Venom is used only in 3 things:


C22 Grenade

Glop Grenade

Cryoban Grenade




And it's *damn* useful in these, considering that the base acklay vendor almost doubles the damage output of Cryobans.



If you don't make/use grenades, it's crap.


If you do, it's fantastic.

o ya to bad it can be used in Proton grenades but imagine if it could be that is frightning imagining a dang weapon that does freaking 4 to 5k damage with one throw that would be godly. Really thought we should petition for the acklay venom to be added to the Flamethrower but it takes like 6 identicals. Let it add like the damage it has divided by 10. Imagine a krated, acklay enhanced Flamethrower that would be sweet.

Can I please get some more info than this? I looted 11, +700 I thought that was good but it looks to be base. What are they used in, what are they worth, what is the avrage stats for what they replace, anything else I may have overlooked.

Well since I seem to be being ignored in the thread this kind of question belongs in, I'll ask out here. Can any of you please help me with this? Like I said, I've got 11 700 max damage acklay venoms.

I am pretty sure you can use them to enhance grenades when they are made. The value is probably dependent on your server, like most weapon enhancements. The problem with these, though, is that they only work on 1 grenade each, so the value may not be that much. But I am not sure about that, so check the trade forums on your server. As for the damage, I have only seen a few, and they were all 700max, so I don't know if that is the base or the ones I saw were great as well. Hope this helps

They sound decentbut I'm not sure if they will be usable in CU or not.


Best I've had are 2800 power and made great nades.

Specfically, C22, Cryoban, and Glop grenades, the same as kliknik glands. No other grenade enhancements are known, which means any other enhancement slot you see on grenade schems are useless.

Is this of any use in game anymore? I have some very old exceptional that I never used and would be interested to know if it is used, what prof and what stats matter.
