Thread: Poison can now be cured with TUMS!
believe me, us Commandos dont want the flame dot to incap either.
IMO, the fire dot shoulddo no damage at all but rather cause wounds only. Andthe dot should dissapear after the first incap (the incap being caused by other means than the fire dot). This prevents the CH- medic exploit of 'burn my pet please' and the pets incap over and over and over until the ham bar is completely black. then its woundxp gallore.
The DOT changes affected bleeds as well, not only poisons/diseases stopping at +1. I think having DOT incap and then subside is the best answer.
I am also melee and I bleed goons in mobs only for them to drop to 1 HAM and kite me all over the place. Thats PvE as well.I can't do anything but chase them around, because my bleeds, which should incap are not. I doubt anyone could stay concious with a serverd artery, but thats whats happening.
Same principle with the poisons. If you get a gallon of dioxin dumped on your head, you should drop and not be able to kite around and drop your opponent.
Hell, I got a good wiff of chlorine fumes, this summer,when I was checking my pool and it dropped me in 2 seconds flat and I would say I my lungs were incapped for a good 20 minutes.
I really think the flaming should stop and we get this fixed. How we got here is water under the bridge. Lets stick together and get this fixed.
