Ever hear of PA's? You really think a CM won't sell his guildmate Doctors these components to help them win in PvP? What a joke.

What's wrong fross? Afraid you won't be an effective poo slinger anymore? Get over it man. Combat medics were NEVER meant to be a suicide bomber profession. They are "in the middle of combat" healers. You have been with your uber powers for too long and assume that your definition of what you are is right. Well it is not. Combat medics were NEVER meant to be what they were before this patch. Besides, you don't even know how it will affect pvp yet... it hasn't been implemented on any live servers. Chill out a bit until you see how it works.

AMEN , when i saw that the needed componet is from us, i was liek ill hand out only enough to a trusted guild DR, and only when we are doign a guild event.

in the official prima swg guide we are discribed as battle field healers, yes. but the guide goes on to say that even so, our most potent and feared abilities revolve around chemical warfare. It does in fact go into a bit of detail as to the offensive role of combat medicine, which includes biological and chemical weapons of mass destruction.
this is not a "fix," it is another profession crushing cop-out by inept developers submitting to a crowd of angst-ridden adolescent whiners.

Poo will suck, but we have no need for heals. AOE mind heals would again make us viable.

Many people have second accounts, and all you need to make good Advanced Dispersal mechanisms is one line of CM. Boycott all you want, but according to many posts it will be the onlymeans of income the CM's will have now.

Two words, Rancor Bile. If Docs don't buy the DMs from us then they will just go hunt rancors.

That is if they can use the RB. RB should only be able to be used by a CM.
I for one do not sell P&D. I dont know who is gonna buy it and I dont want my P&D to be used against me. And now I will not sell any CM subs that can be used.
IMO the people who tend to cry about P&D are just sore cuz they are hit by it. P&D dont kill and the tick time is a bit sad. It can be debated over and over but the way I see it this may take the pressure off CMs bein the first targeted in combat and shift it to the docs (I only hope they are required to have their droid out to use these new meds and fix medical droids to be only sergical droids)
If P&D are our only offensive weapon ... How about making all profs have only 2 offensive abilities .... boy lets talk about balance.
As for a boycott, I will deal with what is delt for a bit and not sell my CM goods, only my service.... at a price .... If buffs are Doc buffs are 12K, Dancer buffs are about 8K maybe I'll sell P&D buff resists for 10K.
People blame CMs for killing PvP, lets take a look at Jedi

truer words have not been spoken.
if only we could apply the buffs, it would offset a lot of what we lost by providing an income stream, albiet with a totally unrelated and different type of activity than what attracted many of us to CM to start with. but let's face it, poison an disease will be pretty pitiful unless this is changed significantly.

And I don't know about your PA, but no one in mine would EVER hold out like some selfish noob. We have CM's already running crates of DM's for our Doctors. So if you want your PA to lose in PvP every time to poison chuckers, then sure, be a tard and hold out on them, I'm sure they will appreciate it.
