heh, i saw you log off... but it was too late i spend more time on my master fencer now, but come back some time most CMs on TC either dropped it already, doing it for holo, or doing it to disease entertainers. it's kinda sad

No not really. If the rifleman hit me with bleed I still have that bleed after the rifleman is dead do I not?

Yeah that's what I thought, you better go now, I hear your mommy calling you.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Comparing a rifelman bleed and a poision is like compareing a master marksman with a BH.

And healing a bleed requires a lot less skillpoints in medic than healing a poison. If i have a mind bleed i can sit down and regenerate faster than i loose mind. If i am in battle i pop a muon and a bleed is no issue at all.

The strength of poision dont bother me so much. What bothers me is CMs using poision and disease that incaps and kills(only Dot that kills, except some is stupid enough to heal someone that is on fire). And the fact that every big scale battle comes to an end as soon as the CMs arrive due to the power of area packs.

"I don't know where all of you non-CM's get this **edit** about getting incapped by psns, having psns hit for xxx dmg, ect.
"

I think its the combo of poison and disease that does it, but a cm CAN incap you with his poisons. And after you stand up it happens again. And again. Then you die on the 3rd incap.

This has happened to me several times this week. I only solo, so if a CM gets within 80m of me my solo run is OVER, since they can't miss.

Hey, im a rifleman/swordsman, i live and die by my dots. I'm not griping, just contesting what an uninformed CM said. In a perfect world all dots would have the +1 effect. The selective system right now is kinda screwy.

I dunno, maybe I just wanted to be the first to let the overpowered know their time is almost at an end. =P

Look just cuz you couldn't hack it as a CM and nobody wanted you as the CM correspondent doesn't mean you have a clue on what is going on with the class. Your friend is prolly some dabbler who couldn't tell the difference betweenEleton Reactiveand Dantooine Berry, much less make authoritive comments on the CM class. Take your pike, sit on it and spin.

I don't know where all of you non-CM's get this **edit** about getting incapped by psns, having psns hit for xxx dmg, ect. FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME: CM POISONS DO NOT, I REPEAT: DO NOT INCAP, DEATHBLOW and any poisons less than 1 month old CANNOT BE THROWN FROM MORE THAN 64M!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANYTHING that is thrown from farther than 64m is a pre-nerf poison and will fade out with time, THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO SO STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT IT

evey time i see someone post about getting incapped recently by poisons, whining about 64+ m poisons, ect i wince and it hurts to see that people complain without being informed.

To play devil's advocate here, poison+disease does indeed incap and does indeed deathblow as a result. And it does indeed hit farther than 64m since it has a large area of effect that can and does exceed the 64m limitation. Use all the caps and exclamation points you want, but this is true.

I would be shocked if you were unaware of this, but I suspect that you are quite aware.

The answer I think would be obvious. CM's are godly powerful in PvP, but not terribly effective in PvE. I'd say give them the 75% damage reduction as they should have, and then crank up the damage on poisons/diseases.

How could they think this is a good idea? 400 damage EVERY 10 SECONDS??? But a master rifleman can head shot me 250-300 damage every second...

So as it stands now

Combat Medic - 40 mind damage per second

Master Rifleman - 250-300 mind damage per second

Im not saying nerf rifleman....im saying leave our poisons alone. Looking at them numbers...only an idiot would say we are overpowerd.

Right defend your self by saying the other over powered class is better then us

Also how about my armor can reduce the rifle attack, or i can evade a rifle attack or ummm let me think what was the last one oh the rifle can only shoot me and not me and the rest of my guild at the same time

Um...No it isn't.

I am working on this problem, but of course TC is offline.

You missed the point. An area poison has more affect on the Raid vs a Rifleman's attacks.

lol...So now Adv strafe doesn't hit multiple people? lol...okay.

Not thru walls ignoring LoS checks it doesn't

No, but then again we have to have one target in our LoS and we can't even kill the people we have LoS for like a riflemen can...

Combat Medic - 40 mind damage per second * 20 (people in a group) = 800

There, I figured you forgot some numbers in your statement, and remember Rifleman can only hit multiple targts in their Line of Sight, CMs ignore LoS checks on AoE poisons/diseases.

This is not group poison dumbass, if you're stupid enough to put your entire group within 20m of one guy then you're an idiot.
