A combat medic is a MEDIC who goes into COMBAT situations to deal with COMBAT healing.
Someday when you learn there are two sides to combat medic you will learn to use both. Oh wait! You're a doctor. Nevermind.

I can give you a list of hundreds of people who WERE combat medics and still cant figure out jack about the prof. Yeah we get weapons...they're called poisons and disease 
Two sides to the profession, two skills to learn, one person to use them. Too bad too many concentrate on just one or the other.
