eff has been tested with a 4404 cm and even if I gave him my +25 cm eff tapes the ticks were the same. So consider this mod broken.

Nay news on whether CM med use tapes work or not? I used to be master, but dropped it to take up some Doc, so now I only have 75 med use, and need 80 or more to use decent Area poisons and Diseases. I have a few things that give me 80 med use, but the condition is at 0 on the garments. Must mention that it was at ) before I added the tapes. Some info would be nice. I'd hate to have to drop Doc again just so I can lob top end nasty's

CM med use SEAs were determined to be game breaking if they were ever to be made to work by the Red Name types. I don't expect them to ever work.
Part of this is because area and ranged healing stims work off the /healdamage command. With this a novice medic with no other skills and a CM med use tape would be able to throw ranged heals.

That's a shame, as I had to drop master to take up some Doc, to heal other peoples poisons and states. The med use only gives you the ability to use the poison/stim. You need apply poison in order to be able to use the poison. Am I not correct? All I know is I can no longer use decent area poisons and disease, as I'm only 75 CM med use now :,(

You are correct, you need the /apply commands for poisons and diseases, but you do not need any special commands for the ranged and AoE (area of effect) healing stims

Edited to reflect the further tests of CM effectiveness tapes. There should be no more confusions.
