I'd go so far as to say that we dont have any crowd control as well.
Stopping shot is supposed to be it, but it got ruined by a kneejerk nerf in the CU Beta.
If mobbed Itend to disarm my pistol for the extra movementspeed and alternate between using CM Para and Drain to split mobs up and thentake them out one at a time.
Against a group of mobs that haven't aggrod yet I will be stepping just into aggro range of one of themobs and running back when it goes ?, that way you can single pull. If you end up pulling too many, only damage one and pull it away and the others will eventually retreat.
I do use the KD and Mezz to give me 10 seconds or so where they can't hit me, but not that often.
Stopping shot is supposed to be it. With the new AI changes coming up this needs to be sorted soon, I ask the Devs all the time but have had no feedback yet.
but other then this i think the only thing i can do for crowd control is taking one target out of a fight for a limited time with stopping shot (if it has no ranged attack). but with its long cooldown timer u cannot control a crowd with it.

Removed? not possible, reduced slightly maybe, but has to be some balance between melees and us otherwise we'd be able to kite them without ever being touched, this has been mentioned before. But yes Firearm Strike is probably the most pathetic skill i've seen, of course KD isalmost a waste of action pve anyways, and only effective in pvp if they get KD bugged. Would love a snare like carbineer and riflemen get though, considering our horrid range and lack of defense to compensate, but hopefully some hint of intelligence is found among the developers and our stopping shot timer reduced and an immunity granted so we can actually provide some crowd control as we are supposed to and not be SOL if we miss it.
