I've definitely noticed that Thyroid Rupture makes a GREAT difference in PVE. Like was stated before if you throw it onto an attacking enemy you'll notice them attacking alot slower. Couple this with Eyeshot and Advanced Duelist Stance from BH and you'll have an enemy who's attacking considerably slower and hitting you considerably fewer of those times.

yeah, combine thyroid rupture with low blow, and you've just made the enemy useless.

It is like giving yourself a 40% damage reduction mod. Only drawback is in pvp if your using the action debuff this can kinda counteract that because they shoot slower etc. Imo its better to have an enemy with no action than plenty and shooting slow...just gotta out heal em till they run out of action is all...

No it lowers their accuracy. With Thyroid Rupture lowering their speed and Duelist Stance increasing your defense they're misisng with more attacks while launching fewer.

I'm a mls jedi and I got a visit from a mbh/mcm today who used that thyriod ruptur thingy and tbh that was what killed me. I just couldnt out damage his heals, this was with forcespeed 2 running . I have a half decent saber as well, so I would definitely use it if I was mcm.

after testing this i have observed it hurts rthe master riflemen who use startle shot over and over and over cuz it puts a gap in it where u can heal and stuff, tho if they are buffed they cna still do it over and over and over. so it helps alot.

Annoyed? how bout isane. With this thing i cannot even attept to do the dmg yall heal for, it doubles my recycle time almost, i would definatly use it if you are constantly healing in pvp or pve.

Wow i was kinda torn between this and the action debuff but with this much praise i think iv made my choice. The rupture and the mind debuff for pvp ftw :0)
