I agree that complaining about pricing is legitimate, and not all threads criticizing people should be deleted. But I see a big difference between somebody saying:
"I'm a novice, and I can't afford to pay 10k for a new gun, let alone 50k for a stat migration. Don't you think your pricing scheme is a little unreasonable?"
and:
"Why are image designers changing 50k for a stat migration. It's not like you take any resources, all you did was sit down for two hours and grind image designer. Anybody can do that. In fact, I'm going to and offer my services for free, so *expletive* you."
Much like that supreme court case, "I can't define it, but I know it when I see it." Who you decide to report and not report is a personal judgment call, and the moderators may or may not agree with you. I'm just pointing out that as a forum user, you have options which probably haven't really been used (or needed, or maybe even known) before on the image designers forum.
To answer the question of "where are the moderators", they are around. However, my understanding is that short of extremely offensive posts, they will not (and should not) interfere in the forums. It is up to the user base to report threads, to determine what they do and do not want posting.
Oh, and in rereading my original post, it is almost illegible. I'm sorry.
/emote notes to use parathesis more sparingly
