haven't tested with non-master CM level effectiveness..
haven't tested in skill increments greater than +5..
so if anyone has any +10 effectiveness or is a non-master and doesn't mind testing please feel free
I did all my testing as a non MCM and obtained the same results (cept it was effect 75 and 80). Only tried it with a +5 but I would not expect it to work if it were +25. This type of mod should not work. It diminishes the value of MCM similiar as CM use mods.

thanks for confirming that CM effectiveness is still useless.. handy to know
but i don't think of it along the same lines that you do.. if it was functional.. i tend to think along the lines of what would my 340 eff poisons do if i had CM eff 125 skill 8)
if i'm doing the math right it's 765/tick 8D
