Theres a hardcap on cm mods meaning anything over 100 will not have any effect. To say this tape has no value is wrong, maybe not a great value. A non master cm might be interested in the tape.

I think tests have shown that effectiveness does not work for anybody, master or not.

correct.. CM effectiveness skillmods do not function whatsoever..
unless p10 changed that.. previous testing shows that CM effectiveness to do absolutely nothing

I have a Nyax necklace which is +5 Cm effectivness and I knowtice a difference in my poisons with my 327 effect poisons, its like 10 though so its not a big deal.
